Hello all! First, I would just like to apologize for the radio silence. Work has been crazy, but now that prom is over I can finally return to a much more reasonable pace. I have, however, been sewing up a storm for myself lately and can't wait to share my finished makes with you. Unfortunately, Indiana weather has not been cooperative with my picture taking plans so you'll have to wait a bit longer. I'm hopeful to have them up by the end of the week so we can move along to May before the end of the month!
In the mean time, I wanted to share a couple of videos with you. As I have mentioned numerous times in the past, I'm a member of ASDP, a trade organization for those in the sewing and design fields. We have recently had a couple of videos made to promote the organization and it's membership. This first one is a teaser about the organization and I may or may not make a cameo!
This second one is my favorite. It's purpose is to recruit the next generation of makers. Sewing as a profession is a very viable field for many graduates and I just love how the women on this clip have made their businesses so successful. I hope you enjoy them both!
Until next time!
